Delivery Policy
We are happy to specialize in delivery! We will deliver anywhere - Hospitals, Restaraunts, Residential, Office Buildings, Childcare, Schools and more within the Edmonton & Area, including but not limited to St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Fort Saskatchewan. Your location not on the list, give us a call!
All of our Giant Balloons, Foil Balloons & Bouquets arrive arranged, weighted, and fully inflated to size. Individual balloons do not come with a weight.
In addition, any balloons that pop during transport to your event will be replaced before we leave to ensure a perfect bouquet every time.
It is recommended to place orders in advance, but we do offer same day delivery (See below)

Same Day Delivery Policy
We are excited to offer same day delivery if the order is placed prior to 12:00 pm (noon) MST. Requests placed later are subject to the store discretion but give us a call because every day is different!
It is recommended to place orders in advance.

Surprise Delivery Service
If you want to surprise your loved ones, send them some balloons! We will deliver them without them expecting us and make sure the moment is memorable.

Restaurant Delivery Service
Yes, we do that! We will deliver your order to the restaurant, when or before you arrive to make YOUR LIFE EASIER. We deliver to ensure the moment is memorable! We DO replace balloons that burst or deflate during initial delivery by our trained staff. We DO NOT replace balloons AFTER initial delivery has been completed.
Same day delivery is available, however, every day is different, give us a call to see if we can deliver TODAY!

Installation Policy
Yes! We make it easy because our beautiful bouquets are delivered to you arranged, weighted, ready to place and enjoy. They work great as door prizes!
Having a big event? Our artists are available to install your balloons and create a stress free set-up experience with a minimum of 48 hour notice. The more time and info you can give us the better we can plan! Extra fees may apply depending on location and size of your installation.
